At Unprepared4®, we believe some of life's most valuable lessons come from moments we never saw coming.
Unprepared4® was founded on the idea that the situations we're least prepared for often teach us the most. Unprepared4® College serves as the foundation of the brand, using humor and relatable experiences to explore life's everyday challenges, while Unprepared4™ Leadership extends those lessons into personal and professional growth.
Today, the Unprepared4 universe continues to expand with additional concepts, interactive experiences, and learning opportunities currently in development.
Through comics, books, leadership discussion guides, slogan T-shirts, and an ever-growing collection of "Vicdoms" (our main character's humorous take on wisdom), we celebrate the mistakes, misunderstandings, and unexpected moments that make life interesting. Some become leadership discussions, while others become wearable reminders to laugh, learn, and enjoy the journey. Sometimes the lesson is profound. Sometimes it's ridiculous. Either way, we're here to have fun with it.

Vic
Vic is the unintentional leader of the Unprepared4® College crew—a well-meaning, over-caffeinated optimist with a talent for turning minor detours into major events. Whether he’s “studying” at the soda machine or trying to Power Nap his way through a class he forgot he signed up for, Vic somehow manages to stay in motion, even if he’s not sure where he’s going.
He’s got a backpack full of snacks, a baseball cap with no logo, and a firm belief that things will “probably work out.” Vic isn’t exactly failing… but he’s not exactly prepared either—and that’s what makes him our guy.

Barb
Barb is sharp, confident, and absolutely not here for the nonsense—which makes it all the more confusing that she keeps hanging out with Vic. She's the kind of student who can ace a midterm and roll her eyes at the same time, equally fluent in sarcasm and extra credit.
Barb doesn’t waste time pretending she’s got it all figured out—she just handles things better than most. Whether she’s dragging Vic back on track or calling Todd out for being too smug, Barb is the one who keeps the Unprepared4® College crew (barely) grounded.

Todd
Todd is Vic’s best friend, unofficial fact-checker, and the closest thing the group has to a functioning adult. He actually reads the syllabus, knows his GPA, and can spot a red flag from a mile away—especially when it’s something Vic is about to walk straight into.
Always a bit skeptical but never unkind, Todd balances sarcasm with surprising patience. His oversized glasses aren’t just for show—they’ve seen a lot. Todd may not have all the answers, but he’s usually the first to realize they’re asking the wrong questions.
Eric
You haven’t met Eric yet—but you’re going to love him. Equal parts wise, unimpressed, and wildly overqualified to be in a college comic strip, Eric is the kind of dog who says more with a look than most people do with a speech. He may or may not speak. Either way… when Eric enters the scene, he changes it. Coming soon to Unprepared4® College—and probably stealing the show.
